"The help at the front dest was rude. And then some.
When the parking lot is full they make you park a block away at another motel's parking deck and still charge you. You will not get your money back from the sleepinn. I don't know if Sleep Inn sell their space to other people who want to go see Beal Street, then let the guest fend for themselves or what. But , we came in and could not find a place to park , the lot is very large. The front desk said we could pay for parking down the block but they would not reinburse us for the major problems and cost. IF I had wanted to stay at the other hotel and park there I would have booked that motel to start with!!
Very bad experience. Food was a disaster, but it was food."
