"Slowest check in and out I have ever encountered, phones don't work, no towels. They take the used towels but have no replacements. Sink and shower knobs come off in your hand. Air conditioner not working in rooms reserved for family reunion meeting. Guests checked into rooms without covers for beds. No security, 1 family members van stolen, next night car broken into while security guard asleep in lobby. Grass overgrown. Some just left and went to another hotel. We called some families and told them not to come. I will never stay at any Ramada Inn again. They should be removed from the list."
